Our supporters

The businesses who open a door.

The reward at the heart of Purpose Crew is a fun, humanising experience, the kind most of us take for granted and some people have not reached in years. The businesses who make those experiences possible are the quiet heroes of this, and we honour them here.

Why it matters

An afternoon that changes how someone sees their week.

When a crew earns a night at the pictures, a wander through a community market, a go-kart race or a climb at the rock wall, it is rarely about the ticket. It is about being somewhere good, with people who expect you, doing something you would never have thought was for you. That is the pull that brings a person back next week, and it is a door that a local business opens.

The ask is small and easy to hold: a set number of off-peak places a month, for a supervised group who arrive booked ahead, with no cash to handle on the day. In return, you give someone a genuinely good day, and you become part of how they find their way back.

The kinds of doors

Experiences a crew can earn.

Picture theatres and venues

A film, a show, a night out with the crew. The experience people remember longest.

Community and night markets

An evening among the stalls, the food and the buzz of a place that is alive.

Go-karting, climbing, activities

Go-kart tracks, climbing walls, mini golf, bowling. A rush of fun that lifts a whole crew.

Pools, barbers, cafes and more

A swim, a fresh haircut, a proper sit-down meal. Small dignities that matter.

The honour wall

Forming now.

As chapters form, the businesses who open a door will be named and thanked here, warmly and with their permission, and again in person at the crew's gatherings. This page is honestly empty for now, and that is simply where a good thing begins.

A note on dignity: the people who take part are never named or photographed without their own say-so. The businesses who support them are honoured openly, with their agreement. The recognition here is for the door you opened, never for anyone who walked through it.

Could your business open a door? It costs nothing but a few off-peak places, and it is one of the most direct ways to change how someone experiences their week.
